Capture the displayed name, map, difficulty and your current upgrades.

Note visible phase changes, movement and whether the route changes. Do not infer an immunity from one unclear damage event.

Record the actual result and any rewards shown. Repeat the encounter before presenting a single observation as a reliable rule.
